Our dishes are prepared freshly wherever possible, so advance ordering is essential.

Electricity & Power Supply
Power outages may occur beyond the hotel’s control. During outages:
• Internet may be unavailable
• Water pressure may be affected
• The generator will be activated when possible
Rooms are fitted with square 3-pin sockets. Adaptors may be borrowed (subject to availability).

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside buildings and guest rooms.
A USD 100 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs indoors.

Located on the ground floor.

Transfers, Taxis & Car Hire
Airport/sea port transfers, taxis, excursions, and car hire can be arranged through the Office.

Parking
The user assumes responsibility for use. The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

In-Room Safe
Each room has a safe box. Guests are responsible for securing valuables. The hotel is not liable for unattended items.

Excursions
A variety of excursions can be arranged – please give one day’s notice.
Information is available via the QR code or at the Office.

Swimming Pool & Bubble Pool (not heated)
Children must be supervised always.
Bubble pool use limited to 15 minutes
Children should not use the bubble pool.
The user assumes responsibility for use.

Available for hire through the Office.

Snorkeling Equipment
Adult masks and fins available (subject to availability; rental or deposit may apply).

Toys available in the ground-floor TV Room
Games available on the first floor
Please supervise children.

Yoga Mats
Available in ‘The Den’.
Suitable practice spaces: ‘The Den’ or sundeck.

Beach Access
Our natural beach is accessible at low tide (tide table at Main Entrance).
Please be aware of sea urchins and incoming tides.
A 3 km natural beach is located 300m to the right of the property and is accessible by road.
Transport to Jambiani beach is free of charge – subject to hotel transport availability. Please book one day in advance.
Sun Safety: The African sun is very strong. Please stay hydrated and use sun protection.

‘The Den’ — Gym / Games / Recreation
Located on the upper floor.
Children must be supervised
Gym equipment is not for children
Pool balls and darts available from the Office (deposit may apply)

Housekeeping & Services

Towels
Place towels in the basin, or on the bathroom floor if you would like them replaced.

Laundry Service
Laundry service is available daily. Please hand items to Housekeeping between 08:00 and 12:00.
• Wash, dry & fold: USD 2 per kg
• Wash, dry & iron: USD 3 per kg
While every care is taken, the hotel cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from the laundry process.

Ironing
Housekeeping can assist with ironing. Please submit items in the morning. (No fee)

Lost & Found
Items found after departure are held for 90 days. Unclaimed items will then be disposed of.
